Due to our rapid growth and expansion, we are looking for highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our operation area in various positions and we are committed to provide development for our employee to grow together. The successful and suitably qualified incumbent would be required to be a motivated, target driven and reliable individual. The incumbent’s duties would include but not be limited to ensuring that the open pit coal mining production process runs at optimum levels.
Operation Manager
Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur
Responsibilities:
Planning & coordinating the activities of personnel engaged in coal extraction.
Review maps, reports and other data to develop mine plan strategies, targets, budgets and reports.
Work with the mine engineering team to produce the full design.
Manage the handling of coal by evaluating and managing of hauling process.
Responsible for equipment selection.
Responsible and control mining operations, heavy equipments, coal processing plant & fixed plants and safety procedures.
Produce quantitive historical production reports, estimates, recommendations and timelines.
Maintain and update accurate reserve estimates data.
Produce systematic scheduling plans for heavy equipment use, personnel hours, supplies and production output.
Produce pre-feasibility study report.
Plan further exploration activities with the geologist team for future development.
Maintain safety by being updates on mining laws & safety regulations.
Planning the work programs of an open cut coal mining and its processing within the company’s objectives to achieve the most efficient and the most effective budget.
Setting the production target with the Managing Director to the best of the production facilities and to make sure that the target achieved.
Organize and create a productive working condition among all departments.
Optimize and to motivate the workmanship capabilities.
Setting up a comprehensive reporting system and standard operating procedure.
Improve HSE issues throughout the whole process of exploitation, transportation and production.
Evaluate and plan corrective and preventive actions in order to overcome jobs obstacles.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): planning and project control, communication skill, well organized, analytical, leaddership, Result Oriented.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Having POP, POM, POU, KTT and Safety certificate would be advantage.
Familiar with heavy equipment & coal mining operations.
Awareness of mine operation regulatory requirements.
Willing to be located at site area / remote area.
