Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Bali, Nusa Tenggara Timur

Responsibilities:
    Calculation volume for structural, Architectural, MEP works
    Communication and dealing with the contractor and supplier
    Sourcing material and materials
    Make progress reports and minutes of meeting
    Emailing
    Microsoft office : excel and Word
    Microsoft project
    Auto CAD

Requirements:
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
    Required skill(s): calculation volume for structural, architectural, mep works, make progress reports and minutes of meeting, Communication and dealing with the contractor and supplier, AutoCad.
    Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
    At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
    Full-Time position(s) available.
