Christian Children’s ministry Field Office in Manado dedicated to addressing the needs of children in poverty. We advocate for poor children, ministering their needs and acting on their behalf. It is more than a relief program, it focuses on the holistic development of children. With 7 years of existence in East Indonesia and has been supporting over 33,000 children, it is looking for a highly committed staff who are willing to join a highly performing team for the followingpositions
Field-Base Partnership Facilitator (FBPF)
Sulawesi Utara - Manado
Requirements:
Indonesia citizenship
Bachelor’s degree is required with a preference towards field-related Social Sciences,
Christian Ministry or Management.
A minimum of three years professional or intensive volunteer experience relevant
to managing Christian ministry and/or other service activities.
Experience using Microsoft Office software applications and a personal computer and
Comfort with using IT and Internet technology in remote and unique environments
Mature person, self sufficient, self motivated and has an ability to be productive
with only occasional supervision and reproach in integrity and honesty
Excellent written communication skills, especially reporting, and strong verbal
communication skills.Intermediate English skills are preferred.
Strong interpersonal relationship skills conducive to utilizing facilitation,
collaboration and negotiation and establishing trusting relationships with a wide variety of people.
Willing to be based in Sentani Papua,Samarinda,Pontianak or Halmahera.
